  • Ultimate Ninjas: Beginner

    Ninja Classes are great for kids who want to learn how to do the obstacles just like on American Ninja Warrior! We work on different obstacles each week building strength, endurance, and confidence. Classes are 55 minutes long, including a warm-up, obstacle coaching/technique, endurance, and free time. The Beginner Ninja class will focus on tackling the obstacles we've all seen on NBC’s American Ninja Warrior! Ninjas are not required to have any prior experience with obstacles. They learn how to approach new challenges safely while having fun and exploring movements. Instructors set goals and challenges for students which help them gradually develop solid fundamental skills. This program is taught in collaboration with Ultimate Ninjas St. Louis.   • Root Yoga - HYBRID

    THIS IS A HYBRID CLASS - You may participate online OR in person Root Yoga is the fundamentals of yoga. You experience self-awareness, learn how to move your body in different ways of discovering sensations, and linking the breath into a creative flow. There are no plank or chaturanga poses during this practice. It is a very intentional practice standing up and on the floor with a beginning and an ending meditation. The discounted rate will automatically be applied at checkout. You must have a Silver Card membership to receive the discounted rate (you will not receive a physical card). Note: the Silver card does not provide free/reduced admission to Parkway or Rockwood High School sponsored events. IF YOU PARTICIPATE ONLINE: Login information will be emailed to you by the instructor one (1) hour prior to your class time. Please note, this is a virtual/online class that can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. To fully participate, you will need access to the Internet during class time, and a built-in camera/microphone on your device or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor. Please mark your calendar with class dates as we are unable to provide make-ups or credits for missed classes. All online classes are held in the Central Time Zone.
