You experience self-awareness, learn how to move your body in different ways of discovering sensations, and linking the breath into a creative flow.     THIS IS A HYBRID CLASS - You may participate online OR in person Restorative yoga is a practice that leads the yogi toward a more healing and recuperative experience, introduces a wonderful benefit to the body, mind, and heart, an opportunity for a deeper level of relaxation. This practice makes it unique for some reasons: slow down the pace of life, soothing the nervous system, encourage mindfulness, deepens self-awareness and introspection, strengthens acceptance and detachment, helps you feel safe and nurtured, restorative yoga facilitates the integration of all layers of life, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual.
