Happy Hour Hiking Club: Spring Strolls

Start your weekend off right with your hiking boots and some new friends! Each month we will meet to socialize and hike a different trail. Enhance your leadership skills in our counselor in training program at BablerWiLD summer camp this summer. This engaging and interactive 2 week experience is perfect for those who want more responsibility, are seeking leadership skills, and are looking to learn about working with youth! Spend the 1st week focusing on getting to know your peers through new challenges and learning what it takes to be a BablerWiLD Leader. During both weeks, our Future Leaders will have the opportunity to support BablerWiLD's mission by spending time helping out with our youngest campers and will wrap up the experience by developing and leading a new camp game. Yin Yoga - HYBRID

THIS IS A HYBRID CLASS - You may participate online OR in person This slower paced yoga targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and joints. It's the perfect compliment to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles. It is passive and soft practice. Yin cultivates awareness of inner silence, a mindfulness meditative type of yoga. You experience self-awareness, learn how to move your body in different ways of discovering sensations, and linking the breath into a creative flow. Restorative Yoga - HYBRID
