In 2022, over 2,000 people attended Summer Expo looking to answer the question - What will my kids be doing this summer? Join us as an exhibitor at the best summer camp expo in St. Louis! Exhibitor booths have sold out the last five years, so be sure to register early to secure your spot! Summer Expo is presented by Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed and sponsored by STL Camps, part of STL Parent.

Exhibitor receives one table (72"x30") with electric, two chairs, two lunches, one table sign and inclusion in the printed exhibitor guide.
Note: Registration must be received before January 27 to guarantee inclusion in the printed exhibitor guide.
Note: All exhibitor tables must have a table skirt. If you do not have one, there is an additional $10 fee and one will be provided for you.
The exhibitor registration deadline is January 31, 2023. Registrations will be accepted and exhibitor tables assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Last year's Summer Expo sold out, so be sure to register early to secure your spot as an exhibitor. Sharing of tables is not allowed. There is a maximum of one organization allowed per table. There will be no refunds for the Summer Expo after January 1, 2023.
Electric for all booths will be provided by Parkway-Rockwood Community Ed, but vendors are responsible for providing their own extension cord (we recommend an extension cord of at least 25 feet). Electric may only be used to power small electronic items, such as laptops, tablets or other low power equipment for this Expo. Vendors working the Expo should be over 18 years old. If minors will be working the Expo, we will still expect at least one adult over 18 years old to work with them.
COVID Health & Safety Guidelines - The health and safety of Summer Expo attendees and exhibitors is our top priority. We will continue to monitor the current pandemic situation and will make adjustments to the event as necessary to ensure appropriate health and safety protocols. Protocols will be provided as we get closer to event day. If the event needed to be cancelled due to the pandemic, exhibitors will receive a full refund.

You will need to create a user account under an individual's name in order to register online. During registration, you will be prompted to provide the name of your organization, along with contact information and description of your programs. After registering, you will receive an email confirmation and will be all set! Please note the email confirmation will be sent from email@example.com. Be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email confirmation in your Inbox.
