    Improve your balance and confidence through this unique ballet-inspired class! As featured in the Ladue News and on St. Louis Public Radio, this balance class consists of gentle combinations of modified barre exercises and stretches performed to music and fused with the non-impact flow of ballet. Fear not, you don't need any dance experience or attire (or coordination!). This class is gentle and adaptive perfect for adults 65 and over. Each combination works key muscle groups focusing on posture, flexibility, coordination and strength, all helping to improve balance.     THIS IS A HYBRID CLASS - You may participate online OR in person This slower paced yoga targets the connective tissues such as ligaments, bones and joints. It's the perfect compliment to the dynamic and muscular (yang) styles. It is passive and soft practice. Yin cultivates awareness of inner silence, a mindfulness meditative type of yoga.
