September 29 All About Stocks This session will be an in-depth understanding of stocks and ways to own them, including how they may fit into your overall investment picture. October 6 Managing Money Through Grief: Tips for Widows and Widowers Losing a spouse comes with many changes, including financial. Join us as we discuss what financial changes to expect, ways to navigate these changes, and strategies to get back on course. October 13 All About Fixed Income (Bonds) Interested in learning more about bonds? This class will discuss bonds and bond investments in depth, including types of bonds, ways to own them, and how they might fit into your investment portfolio. October 27 Annuities & Insurance Products Confused about annuities and insurance? Join us to learn about the types of annuities and why they may, or may not, be right for you. We will also learn about types of life insurance and why you might need or want it. November 4 Healthcare in Retirement Did you know that your health is the greatest risk to your retirement plan? This workshop will discuss planning for unexpected health issues. We will learn about Medicare options, supplements, and long term care options. November 10 Retirement Income Strategies for Women Since women generally have several years in retirement, it's crucial to have a solid plan in place for income replacement. Learn about income gap, withdrawal rates, reliance rates, cash flow strategies, and more. December 1 Estate Planning Basics for Women Everyone needs an estate plan, regardless of the size of the estate. In this workshop, we will learn about wills, trusts, TODs, POAs, advance directives, and the importance of these documents. In addition, we will also discuss inheritance options. December 8 Financial Strategies to Finish the Year Making smart financial decisions at the end of year can make tax season a bit happier. This workshop will go through year end tips including charitable contributions, IRAs, capital gains, wash sale rules, RMDs and more.
