Allstar Abilities Camp | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades K-5 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $99 | July 31-August 3 Allstar Abilities Camp is back! This camp is a dynamic program for youth who have a intellectual or physical impairment, and may not benefit from the pace of a traditional Summer Camp experience. Allstar Abilities Camp offers outdoor and indoor activities geared towards social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through recreation and leisure. This camp is designed to foster an improved quality of life by promoting physical fitness, independence, socialization, and adaptive programming and resources. -

Spend the week with passionate pro instructors learning, practicing, and playing the sport they love. Level 1 is for those new to Totally Groomed Pro and campers will be grouped according to skill level. If you participated in a TGPS camp last summer, check out Level 2 camps! Creatures and Camouflage | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $119 Some animals have an incredible skill of hiding right in the open. Let's explore these creatures and more with this camp that is sure to keep anyone who loves animals wondering, why can't I do that? Mad Science - Underground Explorers | 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $195 Kids Learn about archaeology and the techniques scientists use to excavate long lost cities! They discover ancient civilizations and the tools and artifacts they used in everyday life! They also study bone fragments, pottery shards, amber deposits, and fossils to understand what they can tell us about history! What’s more, each class includes a make and take-home project, like a fossil reproduction, an amber time capsule, and coins from around the world! Pool, Party and Play | 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $119 Summer is almost over but there is still time to have fun, make memories, and meet new friends! Join us in Babler State Park at the Babler OEC! Each day campers will get to choose the activities they want to participate in. Everyday they will have the choice of swimming in the pool, playing games in the gym, along with a list of new options every day as well. Mad Science - Secret Agent Lab | 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $195 Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: From decoding messages to metal detectors and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets like spy glasses! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis! Figure out the science of forensics in a hands-on look at crime scenes! Become a super spy and learn clever ways of performing tasks as we take a hands-on investigation of the science that spies use! -

This awesome program is perfect for kids of all ages because the activities change every hour! Each activity is debriefed to add educational value/reflection. Can your bridge withstand the shake rattle and roll challenge? Explore the world of birds and beasts with birdhouse building and our super bug investigation. Speaking of birds, what did Hooty the owl have for dinner? A mouse? A Squirrel? A Frog? Kids will dissect owl pellets and reconstruct Hooty’s dinner. Enter the Mad Science chemistry lab and mix, mash, and brew concoctions to create cool sidewalk chalk and bath fizzers! Assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults, simple machines, and mega-pinchers! Campers will discover the wonders of photography and make their own chromatography-dyed T-shirt. It’s a week packed with non-stop science fun! Mad Science - Astro Innovators | 12:30-3:30 p.m. | Grades 1-6 | Babler Outdoor Education Center | $195 Campers use creative and collaborative skills to design a mission patch, train like an astronaut and solve real-world engineering problems using spinoff technology, just like NASA astronauts working together on a mission. They propose answers to questions like “How could space suit cooling tubes be used to solve a problem here on Earth? How could robotic arms help make our world a better place?” Then, they create a storyboard and presentation to share their spinoff project and work on their science communication skills.
