  • Diving Camp

    Imagine the feeling of breaking though the crisp, clear water with a perfect dive! Learn how at our brand-new Diving Camp! Camp includes the fundamentals of hurdles, water entries, and dive positions. You’ll learn new dives from all five categories (fronts, back, inwards, reverses, and twisters). Beginners focus on the basics of the hurdle and voluntary dives while intermediate and advanced divers will perfect their voluntary dives, and learn new optional dives.     Do you love to dance? Do you want to learn how to dance? This is the perfect camp for you! Throughout the week, we will work on improving ballet and jazz technique as well as learning several routines to show to family and friends at the end of the week.   • Mystery Art Challenge Camp

    Get ready for a week full of art challenges designed to push your child's creative boundaries! Each day students will open the "BROWN BAG ART CHALLENGE" to reveal: an inspiring artist to learn from, a prompt to design from and limited art supplies that they must create with. Students will be given different materials each day of the week and learn techniques in drawing, printmaking, painting, and sculpting. Professional artist, Emily Ross, will teach students techniques and then encourage them to THINK OUTSIDE THE BAG AND GET CREATIVE!   • BablerWiLD Half Day Classes - WiLD Skills

    PLEASE NOTE REVISED DATES FROM EARLIER REGISTRATION Half-Day Classes are a great way to have fun and learn new skills in a small group setting. Classes are taught and supervised by BablerWiLD staff and many include two sessions to choose from! Classes will be held inside Babler State Park at the Babler Outdoor Education Center. Grades 3-6 | Babler OEC | $25 per class Morning Session: 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. or Afternoon Session: 1:00-4:00 p.m. Register based on the child's 2020-21 grade level. Archery | Monday, August 17 or 20 Learn to shoot a bow and arrow under the close supervision of the BablerWiLD staff. This class is designed for beginners with minimal experience and all equipment is provided. No outside equipment will be allowed. Outdoor Skills | Tuesday, August 18 Learn first hand what it takes to light a fire and build a survival shelter. This is a great introduction to some important survival skills! Fishing | Wednesday, August 19 Cover the basics and let’s go fishing! Participants will learn to bait a hook, use a bobber, and cast a closed face reel. Fishing poles and bait will be provided.
