Balance BarreFitnessImprove your balance and confidence through this unique ballet-inspired class! As featured in the Ladue News and on St. Louis Public Radio, this balance class consists of gentle combinations of modified barre exercises and stretches performed to music and fused with the non-impact flow of ballet. Fear not, you don't need any dance experience or attire (or coordination!). This class is gentle and adaptive perfect for adults 65 and over. Each combination works key muscle groups focusing on posture, flexibility, coordination and strength, all helping to improve balance. Taught by a professional dancer to enjoy seeing the proper execution. Dress comfortably - no special attire or experience is needed.
