Under Armour Flag Football League: Grade 6FootballLearn all the skills of the game in this recreational, non-contact flag football league in partnership with Under Armour. The league is divided by grade level (depending on registrations, grade levels may be combined). The league includes a 6 game season followed by a post season tournament. During this 6-week class, we will create delicious snacks ranging from the savory to the sweet, using unconventional tools and methods. From homemade pizza cooked in a foil covered box oven to a decadent dessert baked in a cast-iron Dutch oven covered charcoal coals to campfire foil-packs, this is an opportunity to learn new skills and get a taste of outdoor cooking! PopularWildflower Walk: Spring Hiking SeriesAdult Outdoor EducationWatch the woods come back to life as you learn to identify the wildflowers that line the trails. We’ll visit glades, praries, forests and other unique MO ecosystems to see the variety of native wildflowers. This series will take place on Fridays in March and April and will be held on a different trail each week. Hiking locations will be sent out each week prior to the hike and may include State Parks and Conservations Areas in the St. Louis Region (within an hour drive of West County). All trails will be marked easy to moderate and will average 2-3 miles in length. Wildflower identification books and resources will be available. Please bring anything else you will need to hike comfortably and like to have on the trail. (Ex. Hiking shoes that are comfortable and broken-in, a backpack with water and snacks, hiking sticks, a nature journal, binoculars, trail guides books etc.). Masks are required. Hike to Mina Sauk FallsBablerWiLD Camps & ClassesTake a day off and join us n this family hike to appreciate the unique and special places that are just south of us in the St. Francois mountain range. We will hike through “micro desserts” on our way to the highest waterfall in Missouri. Bring your camera because we will catch some of the best views in the area!
