Chess improves cognitive functionalities, enhances academic skills, aids rapid thought processes, boosts logical and strategic thinking, and helps to build memory skills, creativity, focus, and discipline. In this program, you will learn the complete game of Chess at the beginner and intermediate levels. Try our coached master swim program or do your own workout. All swimming abilities and fitness levels are welcome. Workouts will be given to help adults who still compete, former swimmers, or triathletes looking to improve. Ages 18+. Low impact workout challenges those who want to get in shape. Aqua Aerobics classes incorporate low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.
