  • A Crash Course in Creative Writing (Adult)

    Have you always wanted to be a writer but don't know where to start? This intro to creative writing class will talk about different types of creative writing (stories, novels, memoirs, essays, poems), how publishing works, and building a healthy writing practice.   • Adaptive Swim Lessons (Please See Class Description for Reserved Population)

    Adaptive Swim Lessons are private swim lessons that are geared towards the needs of the participants who may have (but not limited to) a social, emotional, cognitive, or physical impairment, and who may not benefit from the “traditional” swim lesson setting. Participants are paired 1:1 with an instructor, and are able to work on any goal that pertains to the child’s needs (i.e. sensory experience, basic swimming skills, gross motor or fine motor skills, etc.)

    Try our coached master swim program or do your own workout. All swimming abilities and fitness levels are welcome. Workouts will be given to help adults who still compete, former swimmers, or triathletes looking to improve. Ages 18+.   • Aqua Aerobics Spring (Shallow or Deep Water)

    Low impact workout challenges those who want to get in shape. Aqua Aerobics classes incorporate low cardio, muscle toning, strengthening and balance work.
