    2021 Presidential  Inauguration TripAn opportunity to witness the presidential inauguration in Washington, D.C. for Parkway and Rockwood students in Grades 9-12 in the 2020-21 school year.High School students from Parkway and Rockwood (60 from each district) will get this once in a lifetime experience to witness a presidential inauguration. You will witness the inauguration and parade as well as Washington, D.C. landmarks that may include: Arlington National Cemetery, The White House, Inauguration Parade Route, Smithsonian Museums, Capitol Building, Supreme Court, and memorials including Lincoln, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam, Jefferson, Martin Luther King, FDR and the US Marine Corps War Memorial. Trip Dates: January 17-22, 2021 $979 | A $199 deposit is due at time of registration. When registering online your account will automatically be set up to make three installment payments on November 29, 2019 ($260), January 10, 2020 ($260), and February 14, 2020 ($260).     Classes help students enhance basic reading, writing, and math skills in preparation for high school equivalency (HSE/GED) along with college and career readiness. Free to Missouri residents. Students must be age 17 and older and not enrolled in high school. Sixteen year olds may also attend but must have earned 16 high school credits to be eligible for classes. High school or high school equivalency (GED) graduates may also attend for college or career readiness skills.

    Prepare to take the Missouri High School Equivalency test, be tutored in reading, review basic skills, obtain assistance filling out job applications and writing letters.     Enjoy the highly-acclaimed Ambassadors of Harmony Holiday Concert at the Touhill Performing Arts Center. After the Ambassadors concert, we will head across the river to enjoy the “Way of Lights Buffet” at Our Lady of the Snows Shrine. Afterward, visit their special programming and extensive gift shop.     This low impact workout challenges adults of all ages who want to get in shape. Program incorporates aqua zumba, kick-boxing and yoga, as well as exercises with water weights. Shallow water and deep water classes meet two times per week.
