Tai Chi (CMC37) Beginning

Learn the first third of the Cheng Man Ch'ing 37-posture Tai Chi form. Tai Chi improves balance, strength, and flexibility, and can be used as a mindfulness practice. Wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes. Taught by Kirk Condon.
