Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice that leads the yogi toward a more healing and recuperative experience, introduces a wonderful benefit to the body, mind, and heart, an opportunity for a deeper level of relaxation. This practice makes it unique for some reasons: slow down the pace of life, soothing the nerves system, encourage mindfulness, deepens self-awareness and introspection, strengthens acceptance and detachment, helps you feel safe and nurtured, restorative yoga facilitates the integration of all layers of life, physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual. Bring a yoga mat and blocks where bolsters and belts are provided. Taught by Community Ed instructor Angela Jurgensen.
